To request a schedule change, the attached form must be completed and signed by the student, parent, and any teachers effected by the change. The form must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 4th, to your grade level counselor for review. Submitting a form does not guarantee a change in schedule. You must continue to go to your currently scheduled classes until you receive a new schedule.
